Please read all conditions carefully before submitting.

1. Scan & Data Use

I consent to MiniMe 3D Studio capturing a 3D scan of myself and/or all subjects listed on this form. Scan data is collected solely to produce the figurine(s) ordered, will not be shared with any third party, and will not be stored beyond order completion without my written consent.

2. Order Accuracy

I confirm all information provided on this form is accurate and complete. The figurine will be produced based solely on the details recorded. Changes requested after scanning has commenced may incur additional charges.

3. Payment

The scan itself is free with no upfront deposit. The full balance is payable before collection or shipping of my finished figurine. All prices are inclusive of GST. No order will be released until full payment is received.

4. Turnaround Time

The standard production timeframe is 3-4 weeks from the date of scanning. Rush orders are subject to availability and may attract an additional fee. Delays outside the studio's control are not grounds for a refund.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All figurines are custom-made to order. Once scanning has commenced, no refunds will be issued. Cancellations made before scanning begins incur no charge as the scan is free.

6. Quality & Satisfaction

MiniMe 3D Studio will make every effort to accurately replicate the scanned likeness. Minor variations in colour, texture, or proportion may occur. Any concerns must be raised in writing within 7 days of receiving the order.
